Jaylens 2nd Birthday!!

Jaylens Birthday party was suppose to be on January 14th but she had gotten a bad flu bug so we postponed it to the next Saturday. It was A fun little party with family (other than Tlyer, Patti, and Kya that we missed) and some close friends. This year was kinda fun. I made her a two layer star cake and it was a challenge it looked terrible but it was a good learing experience!!! oh and i made the cakes frosting and fondent from scratch! go me!!!! anyway. here are some pictures from her special special day... The day that 2 years ago changed my life forever. the best blessing ever came into my life and I will forever be grateful that Heavenly Father trusted ME with one of his children and also so grateful that Jaylen chose ME  to be her mom here... Thank you baby jay you are my world!!

Some things about Jay at 2 years old

*she loves string cheese.

*she loves the horses and her dogs

*she loves shoes

*she talks very well

*she understands when i ask her to go get things

* she loves to sing

*she is 25 pounds and is in the 13th percentile for her height and weight (i forgot how tall she is i will have to go look on her chart)

* she loves helping in the kitchen and loves playing with her play food and she loves to make "dinner"



NEW YEAR... NEW GOAL...

So I have been Terrible with my blog lately. I was reading my friend Kimbers blog and she makes me want to do better. I LOVE reading her blogs. they are like inspiration I know mine wont ever live up to hers because she is like super blog lady but I want to be better than what I have been at it.

So here it goes we will see how I do. I will post a few catch up blogs from things going on in this new year!!

Jaylens first birthday party

my whole family plus a few good friends came to spend jaylens special first birthday. she got fun new toys and cute clothes! she is such a spoiled little girl! i just love her so much. my sister helped me make her first cake. which was my first time doing something like that. it was so funny jaylen tried just leaning over and eating the cake instead of grabbing it with her hands then she got the hang of it! thank you everyone for a great day and for making it so special for jaylen
